Returns and Refund Policy

THE SELLER MARKETPLACE guarantees that all products are original and authentic. We make sure all the items posted on the website are clear with information, pictures, size and descriptions, we will not refund purchased item once the buyer has confirmed and agreed on the terms written on the confirmation page on the checkout page. Before purchasing the item we advise the buyer to please check thoroughly the item before buying it, using our direct communication feature between buyer and seller.

Returns and Refund

Refund Only solution is available for the following reasons:

  • Fake (We will require a proof or evidence that the item is Fake)
  • Did not receive the order

For Refund Only, once the seller approves, you will automatically be refunded.

Returns and Exchange

  • Received a wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong size, wrong colour, different product)
  • Received a product with physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, shattered)
  • Received a faulty product (e.g. a malfunction, does not work as intended)

To request for a return, exchange and refund, the Buyer must login to and request for a refund. Please make sure the requests must be made within the Seller Terms and Conditions.

A refund will be automatically initiated when your order is:

  • Cancelled by the seller
  • Refund request is accepted by the seller
  • Automatically cancelled by the system due to the seller failing to ship order(s)
  • Buyer cancels a paid order (within an hour) after the payment was verified.
  • Seller did not file a dispute of the return/refund request of the buyer within a specified time.
  • Dispute resolution was in favour of the buyer.

Refunds will be made through the original mode of Payment and will be processed within 7 to 14 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Returns process

Pack all the items in the original packaging. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
